2017 Triathlon Training Days
Unfortunately we have had to cancel our training sessions. We have contacted everyone who was booked to attend. Sorry for any disappointment caused.
What are the goals of the Sessions?
These 1 hour pre-event training sessions are led by British Triathlon Level 3 Coach Dom Dos Remedios and will include:
A comprehensive Q & A on race logistics, timings, courses, equipment and nutrition.
A guided recce of the swim venue (Nuffield Health swimming pool).
A recce of the Green Park Triathlon Bike and Run Courses.
An optional transition (swim-bike and bike to run) practice session. These will involve cycling and running but not swimming so please remember your bike, helmet and running shoes if you’re taking part in the practice.
The sessions are ideal preparation for new triathletes or those who want a refresher on the event.
When are the Training Days?
Training days will take place in Green Park at 12pm on the following dates:-
- Thursday February 16th
- Tuesday February 21st
